I suffer from chronic back pain (or any other injury). Can I still do this program plan?

Regardless of what injury you face, you can still do the workouts that are described in the plan as long as you make a few modifications. Assess the nature of the injury and any exercise that will aggravate it and swap it out with one that won’t.

Be sure to consult your treating physician ( or physiotherapist) as he will likely be able to give you further suggestions on what you should be doing.
