Yes, if you are over the age of 60, you can still use this program but be aware that you may want to reduce the intensity and possibly the frequency of the workouts.
You will also want to consider omitting running from your high intensity interval training as this is an activity which may injure your joints.
As you go about the program, just be extra sure that you are paying attention to how you feel at all times so that you never end up pushing yourself past where your body can recover.
Listen to your body, and you will do well and notice vast improvements to how you feel, look, and function.
