The great thing about this program is that it will work for all skill levels. While if you have never done any form of exercise at all, you may wish to focus on working your way up to exercising for 30 minutes daily.
In addition, you can always adjust the provided workouts to meet your own personal needs. I have included a beginner level, but if you still feel it is too difficult, you can simply adjust the workouts until they are at your comfort level. You can then work towards the point where you can proceed with the beginner plan and keep moving forward from there.
