I’ve worked the 9 to 5 lifestyle now for over 3 years, sometimes putting in 80 hours a week! I came home after work late one Friday night and thought to myself enough is enough. I needed to start a new healthy lifestyle regiment. I was very active in college but just haven’t had the time the past few years.
I bought your program three weeks ago, and I’ve implemented the nutrition guidelines you wrote about. I have so much more energy throughout the day as well. I can’t wait to get into the workouts.
